HJ431
Melting flux HJ431 is a melting type high manganese, high silicon and low fluorine flux. Glassy brown to light yellow particles. The grain size is 8-40 mesh. It can be used for both AC and DC, and the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding, and the welding process performance is good. Easy to remove slag, beautiful weld forming. Compared with HJ430, arc stability is improved and harmful gas is reduced during welding.
Purpose:
With H08A, H08MnA, H10MnSi and other welding wire, welding low carbon steel and some low alloy steel (such as 16Mn, 15MnV, etc.) structure, such as boilers, ships, pressure vessels, etc. Can also be used for electroslag welding and copper welding, is a multi-purpose flux.
Note:
1, the flux must be baked for 2 hours at 300 ºC -350 ºC before use.
2, before welding should remove rust, oil, water and other impurities on the weldment.
