Description: SJ605 is a fluorine-alkali type high-basicity sintered flux with a particle size of 2.0-0.45mm (10-40 mesh). The flux is metallurgically neutral, has good welding process performance, stable arc, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, high weld metal purity, high low-temperature impact toughness, and low weld metal diffusible hydrogen content. Uses: With appropriate welding wire, it can weld fine-grained low-temperature steel and high-strength structural steel, such as low-temperature pressure vessels, oil storage tanks and oil and gas pipelines, marine engineering nuclear industry, etc.

SJ60s is a type of F and alkali based high alkaline agglomerated flux. lts grain size is 2.0-0.45mm (10-40meshes). Thechemicalnature of the fux is metallurgical neutral. With excellent technical properties and stable burning arc, SJ60s provides goocweld beadappearance and excellent slag removal. Additional feathers are high purity of weld bead metal, high impact toughnesperformance in low temperature and low diffusible hydrogen content in weld bead metal.Combining with appropriate wires, $J605 is used in the welding of fine grain low temperature steel and high strength steelstructures, such as low temperature pressure vessels, oil storage tanks, oil-gas pipelines, oceaneering, nuclear industry, etc.
