Product Description

Description: jh-sj101 is a fluorine-alkali cladding flux with a basicity of about 2.2. It is gray round particles with a particle size of 10-60 mesh (about 2.0-0.28mm). It uses a DC power supply for welding, and the welding wire is connected to the negative electrode. The arc is stable, the weld is beautiful, the slag is easy to remove, and the deposited metal has excellent crack resistance and anti-porosity capabilities.
Uses: With corresponding welding wire (such as wm-210, h1cr13, h2cr13, etc.), it is mainly used for surfacing of roller surfaces and other wear-resistant surfaces.
