SJ101C it is a fluorine-alkali type marine sintering flux with an alkalinity of about 1.8. it is gray spherical particles with a particle size of 10-60 mesh (2.0-0.28 mm). it has excellent welding process performance, sufficient metallurgical reaction, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, beautiful weld shape, and the deposited metal has high low-temperature impact toughness. it can be used for both ac and dc. when dc welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode.

1.the flux must be soaked for 300-350 seconds before use. ºCbake for 2 hours.
2.rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed before welding.
