Description :
SH·A022 is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel electrode with rutile cover. The carbon content of the weld metal is less than 0.04%, and it has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and crack resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC, and has good operation process performance.
Use:
Used for welding urea, synthetic fiber and other equipment and the same type of stainless steel structure, can also be used for welding without heat treatment of chromium stainless steel and composite steel and dissimilar steel.
Note:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked at about 250ºC for one hour.
2. Use DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large to avoid red electrode.
3. Oil, rust, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the weldment before welding.
