• aluminum-alkali neutral sintering flux; alkalinity 1.0; particle size 10-40 mesh; bulk ratio: 1.2-1.25 g/cm3. it is used for single-pass butt welding or flat fillet welding of carbon steel, and can be used for both ac and dc. this flux provides superior welding process performance, including a stable arc, X   excellent slag removal and weld seam shaping. it is especially suitable for circumferential seam welding and also suitable for high-speed welding.

• Precautions:

• Before welding, the flux must be at about 300-350 ºC(572-662ºF)Bake at room temperature for 2 hours

  Before welding, be sure to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities on the surface of the base material to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.

  In the case of multi-layer welding, the root welding of the groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.

  Add new flux regularly to prevent flux defects and poor weld bead surface formation caused by reusing flux
