SJ301
Silica-calcium type active sintering flux, alkalinity is about 0.8, particle size is 10 ~ 40 mesh, bulk ratio: 1.2-1.25g/cm3. Excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation. The physical property of slag is short slag, and the slag does not flow in short arc submerged arc welding, which is especially suitable for welding various types of circular joints. Ac/DC dual use, DC welding wire is connected to the positive electrode.

Scope of application:
Mainly used for ordinary steel structure welding, X42, X46 grade pipeline steel welding, slag is short slag characteristics, especially suitable for ring joint welding.

Note:
Prior to soldering, the flux must be baked at approximately 300-350 ° C (572-662 ° F) for 2 hours.
Before welding, it is necessary to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities on the surface of the base metal to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.
In the case of multi-layer welding, the bottom welding of groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.
New flux is added regularly to prevent flux defects and poor bead surface forming caused by flux reuse.
