SJ105GX it is a fluorine-alkali sintering agent. the flux is in the form of spherical particles, and the flux particle size is 10 ~60it has excellent welding process performance, stable arc burning, beautiful welding seam shape, and easy slag removal. the weld metal has excellent low temperature impact toughness and crack resistance. it can be used for both ac and dc. during dc welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode.
use:
mainly used for X90,X100 the welding of pipeline steel can also be used for the welding of other high-strength and high-toughness steels.

1.sulfur content of flux ≤ 0.030%
2.phosphorus content of flux ≤ 0.040%

things to note:
1.flux must be treated for 300 seconds before use ºC-350ºCbaking 1 ~2hour.
2.rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the welding joint.
