SJ501 it is an aluminum-titanium type sintered flux with a basicity of about 0.7 and an appearance of 10-60 mesh. (2.0-0.28mm)gray-black spherical particles. the flux has a stable arc during the welding process; it is easy to remove slag; the weld shape is beautiful; the flux has strong resistance to pores and is not sensitive to a small amount of rust and high-temperature oxide films.

with appropriate welding wire (like H08A,H08MnA,H08MnMoA)it can weld low carbon steel and low alloy steel structures, such as ships, boilers, and pressure vessels; it is especially suitable for high-speed welding of thin plates.

Precautions:

1,the flux must be soaked for 300-350 seconds before use. °C bake for 2 hours.

2,rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed before welding.
