SJ601
SJ601 is a special alkaline sintering flux for stainless steel and heat-resistant steel, with a alkalinity of about 1.8, a particle size of 10 ~ 40 mesh, and a loose loading ratio of 1.2-1.25g/cm3. It has excellent welding process properties, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, and can obtain good mechanical properties of weld metal. It has excellent toughness, weldability, high strength and corrosion resistance, and good crack resistance. With the corresponding welding wire, the fused metal has the characteristics of no Si, no C, Cr, Ni and so on. It can be used for both AC and DC, and the welding wire is connected with positive X during DC welding.

Scope of application:
With H0Cr21Ni10, H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2 and other welding wire, welding stainless steel and high alloy heat resistant steel and other important structures, widely used in petrochemical and air liquefied pressure vessels and pipeline welding, composite plate, pressure valve corrosion resistance layer welding, offshore platform and submarine pipeline welding.

Note:
Prior to soldering, the flux must be baked at approximately 300-350 ° C (572-662 ° F) for 2 hours.
Before welding, it is necessary to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities on the surface of the base metal to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.
In the case of multi-layer welding, the bottom welding of groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.
New flux is added regularly to prevent flux defects and poor bead surface forming caused by flux reuse.
