Product Introduction

SJ601 is a special alkaline sintered flux for welding stainless steel and high alloy heat-resistant steel, with a basicity of 1.8, grayish white round particles, and a particle size of 0.28-2.0mm. DC power supply welding, welding wire connected to the positive electrode, the weld metal is pure, and the content of harmful elements is low. When welding stainless steel, there is almost no carbon increase, and it has the characteristics of less chromium burning loss. It is particularly suitable for welding low carbon and ultra-low carbon stainless steel, and the welded joint has good resistance to intergranular corrosion.

use

Uses: When used with appropriate welding wires, such as H0Cr21Ni10, H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc., it can be used to weld important structures such as stainless steel and high-alloy heat-resistant steel.

Notes

1. The electrode should be baked at 300~350ºC for 1.5-3 hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stains and moisture on the workpiece must be removed.
