Product Description

Product name: SJ101G Appearance: Gray round granules Certificate: CCS ISO9001 Alkalinity: 1.8 Particle size: 10-60 mesh Packaging: Bags, ton bags, barrels

Attribute: Submerged Arc Flux

Product Introduction SJ101G is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux with a basicity of about 1.8. It is a basic flux with gray round particles and a particle size of 2.-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for both AC and DC welding. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. The arc burns stably, the slag is easy to remove, the weld is beautiful, and the weld metal has high low-temperature impact toughness.

Uses: With appropriate welding wires, such as H08MnA, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, H10Mn2, etc., it can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steels and is used for important welding structures, such as boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines, roller welding, etc. It can be used for multi-wire submerged arc welding, especially for double-sided single-pass welding of large-diameter containers.
