Description:
             CHF105GX/CHW-SG10 is a special welding wire flux for X90 and X100 pipeline steel. The flux is spherical particles with a particle size of 10~60 mesh. The welding wire flux combination has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, beautiful weld formation, and easy slag removal. The weld metal has excellent low-temperature impact toughness and crack resistance. It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding.

Application:

           Mainly used for welding of X90 and X100 pipeline steels, and can also be used for welding of other high-strength and high-toughness steels.

Flux quality requirements:
1. Flux water content ≤ 0.10%6
2. Mechanical inclusions in flux ≤ 0.30%
3. Flux sulfur content ≤ 0.030%6
4. Flux phosphorus content ≤ 0.040%
Notes: 1. Flux must be baked at 300ºC~350ºC for 1~2 hours before use.
2. Rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the welding area.
