SJ501 it is aluminum titanium acidsintering flux,alkalinity 0.5-0.8. gray round particles, particle size 2.0-0.28 mm(10-60 item). it can be used for both ac and dc. when using dc, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode. the arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, and the welding seam is beautifully formed. flux has strong anti-pore ability and is not sensitive to a small amount of rust and high-temperature oxide film. the loose specific gravity of the flux is low and the melting amount is small.
use:
with appropriate welding wire ( H08A,H08MnA,H08MnMoA), it can weld low carbon steel and some low alloy steel, such as ships, boilers, pressure vessels, etc. it can also be used for a variety of rapid welding. especially suitable for double-sided single-pass welding, pipe joints, fillet welds and other locations.
Precautions:
