Description:
SJ 109 is a fluorine-alkali sintered flux, with grayish white round particles, particle size 10-60 mesh, basicity 2.8, made of silicate, carbonate, fluoride, metal oxide, ferroalloy and other powders through ball forming, low temperature drying and high temperature sintering. Matched with Taiwan Tiantai TWS-420Mo-S, the weld is beautiful, the surface is smooth, there is no slag inclusion, pores and cracks, the welding process is good, and SP < 0.015
Application:
It can be used for welding low alloy steel, and can be used with Cr13 series, 224H, 225 tubular welding wires and solid welding wires for surfacing. It has excellent high temperature slag removal performance. This flux is suitable for DC reverse connection and is widely used in the welding of continuous casting rolls, cold rolling rolls, backup rolls, hot working rolls, etc. The surfacing layer has good comprehensive performance of high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
Note:
1. The welding place should be free of oil, water, rust and other impurities.
2. The flux should be baked at 300-350ºC for 2 hours before use.
