Product Introduction:
HJ107 is a melt-type manganese free medium silicon medium fluorine flux, which is blue gray to dark gray pumice stone shape, with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm(10-60 mesh). Using DC power supply, the welding wire is connected with positive X, the welding depth is shallow, the arc is stable, the slag is easy, the weld is beautiful, and the welding austenitic stainless steel has the characteristics of less carburization and less chromium burning loss.
Purpose:
Surfacing or welding with austenitic stainless steel wire or welding strip such as H0Cr21Ni10, H0Cr20Ni10Ti, H00Cr24Ni12Nb, H0Cr16Mn16 can be used for petrochemical equipment corrosion resistance layer surfacing and component welding can also be used for high manganese steel surfacing or repair welding.

Matters needing attention:
1. Before welding, electric X should be baked at 300-350ºC for 1.5-3 hours.
