Description :
SH·TG309L is an ultra-low carbon 24Cr-13Ni stainless steel solid TIG welding wire. Excellent welding process, beautiful weld forming, less splash, weld metal contains an appropriate amount of ferrite, good crack resistance. Due to the high content of the alloy, the high temperature resistance is good. Low carbon content, excellent corrosion resistance.

Use: 
Used for welding similar composition of stainless steel and carbon steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials welding, or for poor toughness of martensite, pearlite steel welding. Applications Petrochemical industry such as reactor vessel inner wall surfacing transition metal.

Note:
1. In order to ensure the good mechanical properties of the weld metal, it is recommended to use pure argon gas for welding protection, and strictly control the impurity content in the gas to ensure the purity of the gas.
2. Protective gas flow rate: 9~14L/min when the current is 100~200A, 14~18L/min when the current is 200~300A.
3. Tungsten electrode extension length :3~5mm; Arc length :1~3mm.
4. The wind speed is limited to ≤1.0m/s; Argon gas protection is recommended at the back of the welding area.
5. The moisture, rust layer, moisture, oil, dust and other impurities in the welding part are really removed.
