Product Introduction
   SJ301 is a silicon calcium type sintering welding machine. The basicity is about 1.0, it is a neutral flux, black gray round particles, the particle size is 0.28-2.0mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. The maximum welding current can reach 1200A. The arc burns stably, the slag is easy to remove, and the weld is beautiful. The slag is of "short slag" nature. There is no slag dripping when welding small diameter annular seams, so it is particularly suitable for annular seam welding.

    Application: With welding wires such as H08A/H08MnA/H08MnMoA, it can be used to weld common structural steels, such as boiler and pipeline steels. It can be used for multi-wire rapid welding, especially for double-sided single-pass welding. When welding large-diameter steel pipes, the weld transition is smooth.

Notes
1. The electrode should be baked at 300~350ºC for 1.5-3 hours before welding.
