Description :
SH·MG309L is 24Cr-13Ni ultra-low carbon stainless steel solid MIG welding wire. Excellent welding process, beautiful weld forming, less splash, weld metal contains an appropriate amount of ferrite, good crack resistance. Due to high alloying element content, good performance resistance. Low carbon content, excellent corrosion resistance.

Use:
Used for welding similar composition of stainless steel and carbon steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials welding, or for poor toughness of horse body, pearlite steel welding. Applications petrochemical industry, such as reaction vessel inner wall surfacing transition metal.

Note:
1. Pay attention to the purity of the protective gas, the mixture ratio is recommended to be 98%Ar+2%O2.
2. Gas flow :20-25L/min.
3. Dry extension length :15-25mm.
4. The rust layer, moisture, oil, dust and so on on the welding part are really removed.
5. Outdoor welding, when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m/s should take windproof measures, there must be appropriate windproof facilities to prevent porosity.
