Description  and   Applications
            HJ420  is a smelting high manganese and high silicon low fluorine flux,  the ordinary

particles  for the 8-40 mesh , fine particles  for  the  18-150  mesh.AC and DC dual purpose

,DC reverse connection. Eaey to take off the slag, welding process performance is good,the

sbility mesh rustang anti porosity.

          With H08MnA,H10Mn2, and other welding wire ,welding of low carbon steel and some

low alloy high strenth steel structures such as Q345 Q390(15MnV) , etc, Such as boiler ,

shipbuilding , pressure vessel pipe. Fine particle flux with fine welding wire for single

channel high speed welding of thin plate.
