Description :
SH.A102A is a low carbon stainless steel electrode with rutile cover. The weld metal has good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion. It can be used for both AC and DC, and has excellent welding process performance and redness resistance. The slag fluidity is good, the weld formation is smooth and smooth, the slag removal is easy, the splash is small, and the melting speed is fast.

Use:
Used for welding corrosion-resistant 0Cr19Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel with working temperature below 300ºC.

Note:
1. The electrode must be baked at about 350ºC for one hour before welding.
2. Oil, rust, moisture and other impurities must be removed from the weldment before welding.
