Product Description:
Fluorine-type high alkalinity sintered flux, the alkalinity is about 1.6, the flux is a round particle size of 10 ~ 40 mesh, the bulk ratio: 1.2-1.25g/cm3. It has excellent welding process performance, stable arc combustion, excellent slag removal performance in groove, beautiful welding forming, and high low temperature impact toughness of deposited metal. Suitable for DC welding, welding wire to the positive electrode.

Scope of application:
With the appropriate welding wire, it can weld a variety of low alloy structural steel, such as hull, bridge, boiler pressure vessel, pipeline and so on. It can be used for multi-layer welding, double-sided single-pass welding, multi-wire welding and narrow gap submerged arc welding.

Note:
Prior to soldering, the flux must be baked at approximately 300-350 ° C (572-662 ° F) for 2 hours.
