SJ301G
Aluminum-alkali sintered flux, basicity is 1.36, granularity is 10-40 mesh, bulk ratio: 1.2-1.25g/cm3. Ac or DC reverse connection is recommended. Mainly used for common structural steel, X42, X46 grade pipeline steel welding, this flux has excellent welding process properties, suitable for high current welding, beautiful weld forming, weld metal has good mechanical properties under large heat input conditions.

Scope of application:
With appropriate welding wire, it can be used for common pipeline, steel structure single wire and multi-wire welding.

Horizontal and horizontal welding

Note:
Prior to soldering, the flux must be baked at approximately 300-350 ° C (572-662 ° F) for 2 hours.
Before welding, it is necessary to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities on the surface of the base metal to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.
In the case of multi-layer welding, the bottom welding of groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.
New flux is added regularly to prevent flux defects and poor bead surface forming caused by flux reuse.
