SJ301 it is a calcium silicate alkali type sintering flux with a basicity of about 1.0 and an appearance of 10-60 mesh. (2.0-0.28mm)gray spherical particles. this flux has a stable arc during the welding process; it is easy to remove slag; the weld shape is beautiful; and the slag does not flow during short arc submerged arc welding.

use:

with appropriate welding wire (like H08A,H08MnA,H08MnMoA),it can weld ordinary structural steel, boiler steel, pipeline steel, etc. it can be used for multi-pass welding, double-sided single-pass welding and multi-wire welding, especially suitable for welding pipelines of various diameters.

Precautions:

1,the flux must be soaked for 300-350 seconds before use. °C bake for 2 hours.

2,rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed before welding.
