(2.0-0.28mm)gray spherical particles. this flux has a stable arc during the welding process; is easy to remove slag; has a beautiful weld shape; pure deposited metal; and has high low-temperature impact toughness.

Precautions:

1,the flux must be soaked for 300-350 seconds before use. °C bake for 2 hours.

2,rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed before welding.

1.sulfur content of flux ≤ 0.050%

2.phosphorus content of flux ≤ 0.060%

things to note:

1.flux must be treated for 300 seconds before use ~350ºCbaking 1 ~2hours, the welding wire should be dry, free of oil and rust before use.

2.the welding joint must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, rust, moisture and other surface impurities.
