Description and ApplicationsSJ609s is a type of agglomerated fux special for welding duplex

stainless steel. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 meshes)S1609s is suitable for use with

DC power: filer wires connect with positive electrode, With low sensitivity towards arc

below, thefux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Additional

feathers are high resistance to pitting corrosion as

welded, low loss rate after pitting corrosion.Combining with corresponding wires for duplex

stainless steel such as H2209, $J609S is recommended for welding duplexstainless steels

The fux is also applied to the welding of low carbon and ultralow carbon stainless steel

structures in combinationwith wires ofH0Cr21Ni10.H00Cr21Ni10.etc.

use:

It can be used with corresponding duplex stainless steel welding wires such as H2209 to weld duplex stainless steel. It can also be used with welding wires such as H0Cr21Ni10 and H00Cr21Ni10 to weld low-carbon and ultra-low-carbon stainless steel structures.

Deposited metal analysis (according to GB/T17854-2018 GB/T36037-2018 NB/T47018.4-2017)

Precautions:
1. The electrode should be baked at 300-350ºC for 1.5-3 hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as rust, oil stains and moisture on the workpiece must be removed.
